We’ve installed PVC fencing across Northland for years, and we often get asked the same questions. Here you’ll find honest answers to some of most commonly asked questions.
What is the longevity of my PVC fence?
Our 10 year warranty is our commitment to quality – but we expect your PVC Logic Fence to go well beyond that. With excellent resistance to the elements and virtually no maintenance required, our fences are designed to last 30+ years, giving you a durable, attractive fencing solution that you can enjoy for decades.
Can I get a black PVC fence?
No. Darker colours tend to fade more quickly in NZ’s harsh sun. PVC fencing performs best in lighter colours due to the high level of titanium dioxide (TiO2) used for UV protection. Because TiO2 is a white pigment, producing dark colours while maintaining long term colour stability is difficult. This is why our white fencing will remain bright for years to come, while the light grey may very slightly fade over time. You can learn more about our PVC products here.
Can a damaged panel be replaced?
Yes. Simply contact us and we can come out and easily replace the damaged panel.
Can I paint my PVC fence?
Why would you?! The whole point of a PVC fence is you don’t ever need to paint it! However, if you decide you do want to paint your PVC fence, your warranty will be void. It can be done, but we would highly recommend getting in touch with a professional painter.
How do I clean my PVC fence?
Simply wash your fence with a bucket of soapy water and a cloth or soft broom and hose off. A mild cream cleanser, such as Jif, can be used for removing stubborn marks.
Do you supply?
Yes. As long as you have a capable builder / fencer who can install the fence correctly, then we are happy to supply our PVC fence and gate products.
